A seven-day professional training covering all aspects of what it means to be a practitioner.

Nourish is a professional development training for Sacred Eros practitioners.
The training focuses on building a practice that allows you to deliver what is alive within you as a practitioner, without f**cking up your clients or burning yourself out. Our aim is long-term professional effectiveness that is ethical and impactful.

The program also covers marketing approaches that authentically promote your work, essential financial skills, and broader awareness of finances. In addition, you will develop practical techniques to structure sessions that are coherent, clear, and with more compassion towards the client.

It will add depth to your current offering and help you become safer, steadier, better informed, and more secure in your practice, ultimatly having greater impact in your clients lives'.
This training is for practitioners who:
• Are listed on Sacred Eros, or, are actively applying
• Are currently working with clients
• Care about integrity, discernment, and long-term sustainability
• Want to refine how they work, not just what they offer
• Are able to reflect on their practice and invite feedback
• Want connection with other practitioners who take this work seriously
Nourish is not designed as an introduction to this work. It assumes a level of responsibility, self-reflection, and readiness to engage with the realities of professional practice.

Quick, effective, and comfortable bondage for your clients; and where to go from there!
Basic rope skills as a tool for presence and connection rather than performance or technique.

Everything that goes into navigating a session from start to end. Seeing how the client is responding to the work and learning to adjust when necessary.

Sock Wrestling
We can’t forget Sock Wrestling! (optional…but recommended).

These are just some of the topics we will be covering during Nourish.
From Performance to Presence
Nourish offers connection with peers who understand the realities and responsibilities of the role, alongside practical tools for regulating both your own emotions and your clients’ when intensity arises. You’ll build confidence in holding clear professional boundaries, responding to pushy dynamics, and understanding scope, responsibility, and power. The training develops subtle, often unspoken soft skills—spatial awareness, grounded movement through a session, nervous-system literacy, and self-regulation to prevent burnout. The result is a practice that moves away from performing and toward work that is more meaningful, authentic, and effective.
Why Nourish Exists
Most of us don’t enter this work because it’s an obvious career choice.

We arrive through lived experience, personal transformation, and a desire to offer something meaningful. But once the training ends and the work begins, many of us find ourselves operating largely alone.
There can often be:
-
little space for honest reflection,
-
few peers who truly understand the work,
-
uncertainty around identity, or direction,
-
difficulty holding boundaries,
-
a tendancy to cater to escorting requests,
-
emotional labor that quietly accumulates,
-
pressure to “have it together” all the time.
Over time, this can lead to isolation, self-doubt, or burnout, even in capable, committed practitioners.

Nourish retreat was created in response to that reality.

Nourish Facilitators
We created the Nourish retreat with facilitators we trust and respect. Each brings a different perspective and area of expertise, experienced in real-world practice and shared values around professionalism, care, and integrity.
