Your Practice Your Business Yourself

Professional Training for Intimacy, Erotic Wellbeing & Tantra Practitioners

December 5–12, 2026
Dominican Republic

Built by Sacred Eros from years of watching what helps practitioners thrive in this field, and what quietly burns them out. Seven days of clinical depth, business clarity, and time by the ocean to integrate.

It is a practitioner training program... it just happens to be in paradise.

Most of us don’t enter this work because it’s an obvious career choice.

We arrive through lived experience, personal transformation, and a desire to offer something meaningful. But once the training ends and the work begins, many of us find ourselves operating largely alone.

There can often be:

  • little space for honest reflection

  • few peers who truly understand the work

  • uncertainty around identity, or direction

  • difficulty holding boundaries

  • emotional labor that quietly accumulates

  • pressure to “have it together” all the time

  • unclear or unheld boundaries that shift to please clients

Over time, this can lead to isolation, self-doubt, or burnout, even in capable, committed practitioners.

Nourish retreat was created in response to that reality.

Sacred Eros has been home to this field's professional directory for years. We've watched hundreds of practitioners enter the work, and we've seen the patterns that run quietly through it. Many burn out. Many lose the thread of what they actually offer. Many bend toward what clients ask for and away from what they came to this work to do. Many sell themselves short, or struggle to describe their work without leaning on jargon that the people they most want to reach don't speak.

Nourish is the training we built from those years of watching. A week-long professional immersion, held at a beachfront resort in the Dominican Republic, for both established practitioners and people who feel called to the work and want a clearer, more realistic understanding of what it actually involves.

Over seven days we look at the practice of being a practitioner: how to identify the clients you are actually here to serve, how to talk about your work in plain language, how to articulate the long-term benefits people receive from it, and how to build a working life around it that does not quietly drain you. Alongside this you'll deepen the in-session craft; trauma literacy, consent and boundaries, containment, ethics, and see how to apply it in real client situations.

You'll also have the space, by the ocean, fed and held, with no logistics to manage, to integrate, reset, and remember why you came to this work in the first place.
In short: a week to build your practice, or begin one, with the clarity, structure, and support most of us in this field have been doing without.

"I'm building a solo practice and I don't have many peers in this work. My background is clinical, which gave me strong foundations in care and communication, but none of that came with a community of people doing this kind of work. I want to be around practitioners who get it, learn how others are handling the business and ethical parts, and make real connections."

"The skill most missing in this profession is communication. Not the somatic side, but the verbal and relational parts: how to set expectations clearly, how to say no mid-session, how to debrief when something goes wrong, how to navigate disappointment. A lot of training is strong on touch and embodiment, but lighter on the skills of having hard conversations."

What You Might Lose

We often consider what we would like to add to our practice.
Let's consider what would we like to take away?

  How about:

  • Professional isolation

  • That constant background stress you didn’t realise you were carrying

  • The feeling that it’s all on you

  • Second-guessing your skills or whether you’re ready for this work

  • Unclear or uncomfortable feelings after certain client interactions, or even just thinking about them

  • Early burnout patterns before they fully catch up with you

  • A dip in energy from too much routine, not enough sun, or too long in the same environment

FAQ

Do I need to be a certified practitioner to attend?
No. Nourish is for both established practitioners and people seriously considering this work. What we do ask is that you're either already seeing clients or genuinely intending to. This isn't a personal-development retreat, it is professional development.

I'm relatively new to this work. Will Nourish be too advanced?
The cohort is intentionally mixed. Newer practitioners come because they want strong foundations before going further; more experienced ones come to refine, reset, or rebuild parts of their practice. The curriculum is designed to meet both, and we cover what's genuinely teachable rather than chasing complexity. If you're early in practice and serious about it, you'll be in good company.

I've been practising for years. Is this going to teach me anything new?
Yes, but probably not in the places you'd expect. The clinical material covers solid ground that experienced practitioners often realise they've been improvising. The bigger value, in our experience watching this field, is in the parts of being a practitioner that no training programme covers well: identifying the right clients, articulating the long-term value of your work, and building a working life that doesn't quietly drain you. Many seasoned practitioners tell us those are the conversations they've been hungry for

Will there be touch practice, and is participation optional?
Yes, there will be opportunities for hands-on practice, both giving and receiving, because this work cannot be learned only in theory. Participation in any specific exercise is always your choice. You will never be required to give or receive touch you haven't actively consented to, and we will explicitly teach how to opt out, renegotiate, or step back.

Is the cohort co-ed? How is consent navigated?
Yes, the cohort is mixed. Consent practice runs through the entire week, not as a one-time briefing at the start but as a continuous way of being together. How power, gender, and authority show up in a room of practitioners is part of what we'll work with explicitly, not assume away.

What's the level of nudity or erotic content during the week?
The training has some sensual and erotic elements but is not pornographic. Some exercises involve skin-to-skin touch, and partial or full undress may be appropriate where it's relevant to what's being taught. Participation is always optional. There is no expectation of erotic engagement between participants, and explicit sexual contact is not part of the programme.

Is the work I do at Nourish confidential?
Yes. What's shared in the room stays in the room, including specific client cases, your own struggles, and anything that comes up in exercises. Confidentiality is part of what makes the depth of the week possible, and we'll formalise it as part of the opening container.

Is a payment plan available?
Yes. The deposit is $1,000 and the remaining balance is due three months before the retreat. If a different schedule would help, write to us. We'd rather work something out than have the payment structure be the reason you don't come.

What's the cancellation policy?
50% of the deposit is refundable up to four months before the retreat. After that, the deposit is non-refundable but transferable to a future Nourish cohort. The remaining balance is due three months before the retreat.

What's not included in the price?
Flights, airport transfers, travel insurance, personal treatments, optional excursions, and personal expenses. Everything inside the venue, including accommodation, all meals, training, ceremony, and use of the pool and grounds, is included.

Is there ongoing connection after the retreat?
Yes. Nourish is the start of something we've been quietly working toward at Sacred Eros: a community of practitioners we want to stay close to over time. Monthly practitioner calls, practical support, peer connection, and follow-up will all be part of it.
