Nourish

Facilitators

Katie Spataro
Trauma & Resilience

Katie is Nourish's trauma specialist. She is a certified somatic sex educator and bodyworker who supports people to rebuild trust with their bodies after trauma. She has a steady, grounded way of working with vulnerability, helping people notice when they are dissociating, bracing, or over-giving and guiding them back into choice, sensation, and self-connection. At Nourish, she'll be offering teachings to explore what trauma & trauma-informed actually means in the context of our unique profession, help practitioners recognise trauma patterns and how to respond in the moment in skillful and grounded ways, as well as how to create safe-enough practices before and after client sessions. She will also offer insights on working with your own relationship with trauma and how this influences your work.

Tracy Lee
Client Relations

Tracy Lee has spent more than a decade working in the field of sacred sexuality, helping clients reconnect with desire, pleasure, confidence, and embodied self-trust. Her work includes supporting people through sexual changes related to surgery, aging, grief, and recovery, with a particular depth of experience working with men after prostate cancer.

For this retreat, Tracy brings her attention to the practical, often-unspoken realities of intimacy and sexual healing work. She will support group facilitation and conversation around the “nitty gritty” behind the scenes: how practitioners hold space, maintain clear boundaries, navigate client dynamics, protect their energy, and learn from the lived wisdom of one another.

Tracy is especially interested in sustainable practice. Her strong boundaries inside and outside of sessions allow her to work deeply without burning out, and to end her days feeling vibrant rather than depleted. She brings a grounded, generous presence to conversations about how sexual healers can remain open-hearted, skillful, and well-resourced while doing intimate work.

She will also offer a short teaching on two or three Tantra techniques she has found especially valuable for supporting presence, breath, sensation, and embodied connection.

Natalia & Joshua 1.jpg

Natalia Veritas runs Sacred Eros with her husband Joshua and has been curating the platform since 2018. Through reviewing hundreds of practitioner profiles, she has developed a clear sense of what genuinely connects practitioners with the right clients. She supports practitioners to move beyond jargon, clarify who their work is for, and communicate the real impact of their sessions. At the retreat, Natalia will also share insights from years of reading practitioner profiles about how trauma-informed thinking shapes how practitioners describe their work to potential clients.

Joshua Veritas
Insight & Analysis

Joshua has been running Sacred Eros alongside Natalia since 2018, bringing clarity, analysis, and strong discernment to the platform. He has a grounded ability to see through jargon, performance, and self-deception, and to meet people with presence rather than judgement. Joshua is known for offering honest, no-frills feedback that challenges practitioners to become more comfortable with discomfort and to step more fully into their power and responsibility. At the retreat, he’ll facilitate workshops and support practitioners to question their assumptions about who they are, how they show up, and what this work truly asks of them. His presence invites maturity, self-honesty, and embodied confidence, no hand-holding, no pretence.
