...a professional development retreat for Sacred Eros practitioners who want to broaden their professional skillset, strengthen their foundations, and do this work without retraumatizing their clients or burning out in the process.

Held on a beautiful beachfront resort in the Dominican Republic, Nourish brings together practitioners who understand the realities and responsibilities of intimacy-based work.

Over seven days, we balance focused training with respite and community time; learning, integrating new skills and understanding, and reconnecting with what makes this work meaningful. Expect depth, warmth, laughter, clear conversations, ocean air, and time to let what you learn actually land.

...basically, professional nourishment.

What You Will Gain

Nourish focuses on the practice of being a practitioner.
Investigating the elements that elevate us as professionals.

Nourish Your Practice

Trauma Education

Become truly trauma informed.

How to prepare for and recognize a trauma response, expected or unexpected, and options for what to do next.

Consent & Boundaries

More comprehensive consent and boundary literacy; including how power, authority, and responsibility show up in sessions.

Practical skills for holding boundaries in-session. No more bending to "pushy" clients or giving clients what you think they want.

Polishing In-Session Skills

Techniques to: setup, start, guide, and finish a session, all while recognizing what is going on for clients.

Containment

How to read the session and regulate your own impact, knowing when and how to engage, when to apply your skills and, most importantly, when to shut the f**k up.

Ethical Considerations

We will look at real dilemas practitioners face and give you a steadier footing for making decisions you can stand behind.

BDSM

Introduction to BDSM as a tool for connection and presence, including simple rope skills you can actually use in sessions.

The result: a practice that is more robust, more discerning, and better able to meet clients appropriately in real sessions.

Marketing

We have 2 marketing facilitators on the team.

The first shows you how to market yourself and your practice in a way that feels nourishing to you without selling your soul.

The second is the most visible practitioner on Sacred Eros. He will be sharing his methods to help you get more clients.

Online Presentation

How to write an effective profile text to connect with the right clients.

How to have the best profile photos and be more comfortable in front of the camera.

Finance

Financial basics that support long-term stability, not just short-term gain.

Traditional and alternative payment models.

How to talk with clients about payment.

How market dynamics affect consent.

The result: building a business that supports your wellbeing, your ethics, and your longevity as a practitioner.

Nourish Your Business

  • Rest from work and life, you deserve it

  • Be among people who understand you

  • Feel the sand between your toes

  • Swim in Caribbean waters

  • Get some sun on your skin in winter

  • Enjoy being waited on hand and foot by a full kitchen and catering staff

  • Finally receive some high quality touch from other practitioners (consensually of course)

  • And (optional but encouraged) Sock Wrestling

Nourish Yourself

The result: returning to your practice with more capacity, clarity, and enthusiasm for the work.

What You Might Lose

We often consider what we would like to add to our practice.
Let's consider what would we like to take away?

  How about:

  • Professional isolation

  • The experience of burnout

  • That icky feeling with yourself after seeing a particular type of client

  • The feeling of not being good/skilled enough

  • (Front &) Background stress

  • The feeling that you’re carrying everything alone

  • Winter blues

Most of us don’t enter this work because it’s an obvious career choice.

We arrive through lived experience, personal transformation, and a desire to offer something meaningful. But once the training ends and the work begins, many of us find ourselves operating largely alone.

Nourish Exists

For practitioners who:

  • Are listed on Sacred Eros, or are actively applying

  • Are currently working with clients

  • Care about integrity, discernment, and long-term sustainability

  • Want to refine how they work, not just what they offer

  • Are able to reflect on their practice and invite feedback

  • Want connection with other practitioners who take this work seriously

There can often be:

  • little space for honest reflection

  • few peers who truly understand the work

  • uncertainty around identity, or direction

  • difficulty holding boundaries

  • emotional labor that quietly accumulates

  • pressure to “have it together” all the time

  • unclear or unheld boundaries that shift to please clients

Over time, this can lead to isolation, self-doubt, or burnout, even in capable, committed practitioners.

Nourish retreat was created in response to that reality.

NB: Nourish is not designed as an introduction to this work. It is further professional development.
